We are a small family run vacuum cleaner repair business based in Ashton, Preston. Providing a first class professional service to local and regional customers. In addition to selling our first class refurbished vacuum cleaners we offer a speedy and cost effective repair service.
Our small, friendly service team between them has a wealth of experience enabling AshVacs to provide a fast and full workshop service. We can offer delivery and servicing of your vacuum if you live with in five miles of us.

We believe its important to make repairs as speedy as possible as speedy as possible so we carry large stocks of spares and if we need to order parts we use the fastest method possible.
Sales
AshVacs always stock and sell the best quality and most up to date domestic appliances. We stock the following Dyson, Oreck, Electrolux, Hoover, Numatic, Sebo and many more! Please feel free to come and have a look.
All refurbished vacuum cleaners are guaranteed for a set three months and the price we quote includes our charges, parts used and time consumed.
DELIVERY
We try our up most best to dispatch your vacuum cleaner with in 5 working days of payment. Our postage prices reflect the time and material used to pack your item. All vacuums are tried and tested before dispatching to you. Alternatively you can collect your vacuum from us direct. We will even give you a demonstration of the vacuum working.
RETURNS
Should the need arise for you to return your vacuum or should it develop a fault, you have three months in order to contact us and have the fault investigated. If your within five miles of us we can collect the vacuum and offer you a replacement vacuum while we fix the fault. If you live more than five miles or have had the vacuum shipped it is your responsibility to ship or deliver the item to us. We will then either offer you a full refund or supply you with the same or similar replacement.
You may choose to purchase a guarantee from us that’s added onto the three month free guarantee. Once the three month guarantee runs out we will NOT accept any returns but we WILL repair and service the item for the set fee we charge.
Repairs
We repair all types of vacuum cleaners old and new. We have a vast stock of parts and replacements for all vacuums. Even those dating back to the 20s! If you require for us to come to you we will respond with in 24 hours. Depending on your location (contact us first) there may or may not be a call out fee. We will view the cleaner in your home before issuing a quote and taking your vacuum. We carry a replacement vacuum to supply you while we fix your old vacuum.

Our onsite engineers are available daily to give advice and expertiese on your vaccuum cleaner. Our senior engineer has 35 years experience repairing vacuum cleaners. He has an extensive knowledge of both bagged and bagless types.
